I bought it at a normal "Glaserei".
I could tell them size and db and they ordered it from a glass factory.
No problem here, they could get anything.

Is there such a thing as "studio" glass? Isn't it just laminated plate glass that you can get from any glazier?

What is studio glass?

I bought a glass with a plastic in the middle, does about 40dB and a second glass with air/gass in the middle that does 42db. So i got 82 dB + the glasses should have different resonance frequencies. Its quiet enough for me from studio to recording room. If you need more, it could be more inexpensive to take 3 windows after each other. The more db a glass can do, the much more heavier and much more expensive it gets.
I don“t know how your walls are, but it was not easy to bring a 2,2mx1,2m glass into the wall.
Window should be angeled more than 15 degrees. If you have to build the walls, it could help to angele the whole wall +15 degrees, looks great, too, kind of star trek feeling...

Just get Laminated glass. Laminated comes in 2 different plastic middle layer thicknesses, the thicker one will give you better sound isolation per the manufacturer's printed test results. Here in the US its .030 and .060 plastic but the will list it differently where you are. You can get laminated glass from alot of suppliers but for the small quanities you need go with a glazing outfit. Spec out what you need and put it OUT FOR BID to get best installed price.
