Starting a new studio

Hi..This is my 1st post.. I just prepare for my new middle class studio.
the 1st thing i need to upgrade is my monitor, i want to sell my ESI 05.
And for my new monitor i confuse which one better, yamaha hs80m or 2nd hand Adam A7 or a new Adam A5..
I already heard Hs80m and really like it!! I never heard Adam A7 or A5.But They have a good reviews..My budget is around 550k.

2nd thing i need to add is pre amp for vocal, i have RODE nt1000 and still use onboard pre amp from my 002rack and i have 1 Std Project vtb1.
I heard that Yamaha n8 mixer have a really good pre amp..But i never heard that pre..Did anyone ever try n8/n12 pre? How's that pre compared to 002 pre??or maybe my studio project vtb??

would prefer the a7 over the yamaha. best preamp around 1000 comes from dav electronics bg 1u. its 2 channel (one channel got additional di) and it has true depth in detail, power and clarity.
