Automating and modulating analogue volume via MIDI & CV

I have created some complex tremolos and automated volume effects using sequences of multiple LFOs and envelopes inside my Nord Modular G2 synth. These effects sound great on live guitar and I want to play my guitar through the effects into my amp while composing and tracking. But the Nord is a digital modular instrument and I would rather keep my guitar signal analog. So instead of running the guitar signal through the Nord, I want to use my complex sequence of LFOs to control the velocity of the analog guitar signal without sending any audio through the Nord, preferably at guitar level.

Still with me? Great. I can send my velocity control signals from the Nord via MIDI CC messages and I could convert them to CV no problem. But what I need is an analogue amplifier, which can be controlled by CV with no latency and the ability to translate these CV signals into rhythmically complex and something very fast modulated amplification.

I haven't really looked too deeply into real modular VCAs yet and as I stated above I would rather keep the signal at guitar level if possible. But I am prepared to take the plunge to the modular world if thats the only way to achieve accurate results and maintain the absolute highest audio quality. Maybe the Analogue Solutions Filtered Coffee is the kind of thing I need?
