Ethernet & Audio Cables

Hi, I'm putting the finishing touches on my new studio and am making all the cable runs for the tie lines. I plan on using an ethernet-based headphone system (HearBack). The most convinient option would be to snake the CAT5 cable in the same conduit as the audio cable. I'm well aware of the danger of putting audio cable near power sources, but am usure if I'd experience any interference from the ethernet cable. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks! -Frank Sanderson
