M-Audio Delta 1010 LT quality?

Hello. I just wanted to ask about the M-Audio Delta 1010LT soundcard.

Is it good, mediocre, bad or absolut shit in recording? :)

How are the mic preamps in the card?
I also have a Soundcraft Spirit E8 mixer and I have the possibility to use 8 mic pre's from the mixer or 2 from the soundcard and 6 from the mixer. Should I use the M-audio preamps?

I'm new to the whole multitrack recording scene so tell me everything about everything. btw. I don't like Shure SM57's for guitar and am going to buy a Sennheiser E609s soon. :)
