more total geniuses deciding to not put any faders in the middle of their desks.

you'd think that after the total reign of ssl and those magic 8 center section faders on all their desks , that someone woulda coulda should had a clue.

Well, I think that the small control surface (which is what I assume you are talking about) is more of an edit station than a music recording console - analog.

That said, this looks like _exactly_ what I need. I'm so used to not having real faders now that I wouldn't know what to do with them if I had them. I think the design of the small surface is very logical, and looks like it would fit my way of working perfectly.

And extra double special gold stars to Euphonix for putting trackballs on both sides. As a lefty, I'm consistently irked by right-hand-centric stuff (e.g. Logic Control).

i wonder if the big one even exists yet. that looks like an artist's rendering. I hope someone at AES will report back.
