Know any good places to get custom made racks? Or just cool racks in general?

Checkout Sterling Modular www.sterlingmodular.com and ask for Jim (tell him I sent you). He's amazing and can build custom stuff too.

Odyssey. They're cheap, the good, and your local pro audio store can probably get'em. (Maybe good, maybe bad. Depending on your store.)

Taytrix
Tay does great work. She did the John Lennon bus that shows up at all the trade shows if you want to see her work.http://www.taytrix.com

+1 on Sterling Modular. That guy does some great stuff with wood. I believe he has a CNC machine for wood. While custom does not equal cheap he's certainly reasonable.

Taytrix are good folks also. I didn't know they did furniture. They've got their hands in a lot of stuff it seems.
