Am I crazy!?? I feel like I've been searching fro ever and it seems like nobody makes a 100 watt tube bass amp(or less)! Hopefully I'm wrong, especially since the b-15 still seems to be so popular, theres obviously a market for them. Help!

Thanks, I found that last night and was very disappointed to discover it has been discontinued. I don't know that I've encountered this problem before; I'm dying to spend some money on gear and there isn't a product to spend it on! |

Yea the Ampeg would be a good choice. I have the SVT-CL 300watt model. I wish I would have just bought the 100w model ( my back would be happier !) ERic

The Ampeg V4B is great. I have one. SVT and B15 tones are in there. It's still a heavy beast! Alternatively, you can get the 70's version used on eBay. Just as good, if not better. Plenty out there. If you are diligent, you can pick one up for $500-$750 within a month. Don't forget craigslist! |
