Space for Nashville Engineer

Hey folks, there may be no appropriate forum for this, and I really apologize if this is frowned upon, but this may be helpful to a fellow producer/engineer out there. I live (and run a studio) in San Francisco but happen to own a home in Nashville. Property managers have been most unhelpful, so I'm trying to rent it out myself. This forum is the closest thing I have to "knowing" what kind of tenant I can get. LOL. Of course Craigslist is an option but I'd like to try this first. Neighbors are not close so you could make a LOT of noise. :-) The house is really nice but the neighborhood not so great. I'll save the details for anyone else who is interested.
