Hardware pitch shifting?

I have a composer client that has a performance coming up where we are going to have to do some pitch shifting to detune a piano and a celleste.

It has been awhile since I've worked with hardware (I do all of my pitch work with software now) so I'm not real aware of what is out there. One of the composer's desires is to be able to shift pitch for specified number of cents sharp or flat.... I'm not looking for pitch correction as the instruments are fixed pitch instruments that will be in tune in the performance.

What suggestions do you have?

Thanks!
