Can Reaper handle video?

I did some video recordings of some live piano/flute duets, and need to be able to edit the audio part of it to add a bit of additional reverb. can reaper do that? if not, can you suggest some free software that can do that? i am talking about the audio that was recorded by the videocam, not separate audio tracks. however, there will be occasions where i will be doing separate audio, and will need to sync the audio with video in post - can reaper do that? thanks.

I'm not sure, but if I was doing this I would re-record the audio from the video into Sonar (or whatever), do what I wanted to do, and then re-sync it in the free Windows Movie Maker software. This free software is actually pretty good and easy to use, though of course not as powerful as Adobe Premier or something like that.

i've used reaper to score to picture - it works fine. you can't do any video editing but it should work unless the video is in an esoteric format.

since reaper is free to try and downloads in under 3 seconds it would be worth giving it a shot and seeing if it works for you.

one thing it doesn't do is AAC audio, so if you've got a quicktime with embedded AAC you'd need to edit that somewhere else. the other formats i've tried seemed to work fine.
