Pro Tools: tracks expand when clicked on?

Hey when I select a track using the selector tool, the track automatically gets bigger and the rest of the tracks get smaller. I obviously accidentally hit some type of shortcut key that enabled this.

Anyone know what's going on?

Off the top of my head I think that may be command focus mode, key E.

a very good it was "zoom toggle" that was enabled.

thanks, that was annoying as #%$!
