Sony Limiter, Maxim, L1, L2, L3...

I know we can discuss to death (and have done so) the benefits/damage introduced by limiting to maximise loudness.
For those of us who likes it in moderate doses, what's the Sony Limiter (dynamics) like compared to those others?
Anybody using it on the mixbus?
I've heard some people love the Inflator on the mixbuss...
Anybody tried the L3?
Jules?

It's the Inflator that is the 'loud-er-izer' out of the Sony plug in range.

I prefer it to the software L2

I have never tried the Sony Dynamic plug in to do that 'max out' task.

I haven't tried the L3 yet

Thanks!
I liked the the wide stereo image you achived by posting two similar but not identical mono answers on the left/right channels, instead of a stereo version...

I ordered the Sony bundle and Phoenix today!

I already own the Sony EQ, and was very pleased with the Dynamics/Transmod/Inflator demo.
Haven't tried it as a replacement for L2 duties yet.
I have used Maxim until now, and of coarse L1/L2 on other systems.
Looking forward to try the Inflator and maybe the Dynamics Limiter on the mixbus...

P.S.
love your forum, Jules!

Is the warmth function basically the same as the Inflator?
