where to get/ what to call

where do you get or what do you call those little plastic gizmos that fit over a pair of faders on a mixer to lock them in place for stereo?

I used to have them for some old Tascam mixers and I believe they were made for other mixers as well. Are they still made/sold anywhere?

Oooo I remember those.... I now use two little metal rods bastardized from a pair of tech screwdrivers taped together around the faders.

ha- I am using a sawed off pencil !

I am imagining that some company somewhere makes a bunch of them in various sizes to fit standard fader widths, but maybe it is just wishful thinking.

but what are they called? I am a pretty good googler, but I can't find anything.
