Big Ben Crash?

Anyone had one crash on you? I was in the middle of a mixing session last week and my Big Ben started freaking out, it wouldn't hold the sample rate. Was just wondering if anyone else has every had this happen?
I called Apogee and they were surprised, very nice about it told me to just send it in. Thanks

Josh

Any piece of gear can crash. Only thing you might try before sending it in is to pull it out of the rack and run it where it gets as much ventilation as possible. Heat is the culprit a lot of the times when gear freaks out.

Thanks..

For the heads up. Yeah I have used a few big bens and never had a problem this one is strange. We'll see what Apogees has to say about it in a few days or so.
