Thread Starter | Unidentified Siemens microphone
Hi, I recently bought this microphone through ebay and haven't been able to find out exactly what it is. Does anyone recognize this model? It looked at first like a bottle condenser of some sort or at least the capsule. This Siemens logo is really old so could it be something else? I haven't opened it but through the mesh it looks like there is some sort of large diaphragm inside but not the usual thing. For a moment I thought it might have a crystal element inside but then it wouldn't attach to something else as the lower part suggests. Would it? thanks, help is appreciated.
