dedicated grounding

Hi, guys! I'm confused a bit. After reading a lot about 'clean power' and experimenting, i understood the same good old thig - i need proper grounding dedicated only for my studio. Certificated electrician came in to my studio and after checking what is what, explaned: "Yes, i can make a dedicated grounding for your studio, but i will connect it also to a buildings main grounding, because of safety". Of course, it's not what i'm looking for, because building, where is located my studio have absoultely terrible grounding. Only with lifted ground chord i can get rid of noise in my circuit. Is my electrician right, or not? If he's right, how to solve this problem? stike

A floating ground that is NOT connected to the main AC ground is dangerous and against NEC.
A dedicated ground is a ground that is a home run back to the main panel and does not connect to conduit, and makes its connection to the main ground ONLY once.
Using this type of ground will also require an isolated ground receptacle. Meaning it does not get its ground connection via conduit but a dedicated green wire...
This is the best type for a studio.
If not connected to the main AC ground you will NOT have a ground fault current path, and if you have a short it CAN NOT trip a breaker...
NEC section 250:

Bump! I have just one more question. It will be nice, if smeone can answer. I draw a rough plans of possible dedicated ground's connections. Is it ok, to connect dedicated ground's vire in studios junction box first, and then link it to my buildings main ground (pic1). Distance between studio's junction box and buildings main box = 1meter (on the other side of wall). Or i should connect dedicated ground to main ground first, and only then link it to studio (pic2)?
