conductive plastic fader knobs

I want to replace the fader knobs on the Euphonix Mc Mix, because I dislike the ergonomics of the "logo" texture,
and I'd prefere colored plastic instead of silver finish.

So far I've only found some metalized knobs on ebay, with good ribbed structure.

Do anyone knows where to find knobs made of moulded conductive plastic?

[the faders on Mc-Mix are Alps, with T-lever]

Thanks!
