| Sidechaining How would I set up a sidechain on an 1176 plugin to cue a signal generator with the kick drum? I've been fiddling with it for a few hours and haven't come up with anything. Thanks Dante |

| Its hard to be specific when you don't state which plug-in it is & what DAW host you are using & what effect you are hoping to achieve. If you want to add some low freq sine wave tuned to the song to the bass drum then it is usually a gate that is used for this effect. It may well be possible with an 1176 as well (if there is some kind of inverse sidechain thing where it stops compressing when signal is present this ).
