An alternative to Apogee Duet?

I've had mine for 6 months now, and have had nothing but problems.
What is a good alternative in the same price range?
I'd like to retain the same kind of quality as well...

I really don't think there is another alternative to the Duet at the price-point quality-wise. I've had a Duet for the last 4 weeks or so and experienced some of the glitches being aired on the forum here. I'm going to hang tight with it and hope that perhaps a driver update may resolve some of the problems. When it's working well it really is sweet.

Forget - it's for a mac book pro, so FireWire only.
