1. Massey Tape Head
2. UAD Loudness maximizer very cool.

Lately I have been using Bootsys TessleSE, I like it, and the big plus is it is free.

Massey TapeHead (AU).
I use it a lot on different sources, unfortunately we AU users cannot tweak it that much (I do really hope one day Mr.Massey will start from scratch with the AU thing...).
