i agree. i recently sold my DMX R100 and went all ITB. I use a C2 on the drum sub and a Vari Mu on the mains (sometimes i flip 'em) and my mixes are getting better.

i come out of protools once, thru a benchmark dac, api 2500 into a cranesong spider, dither, fat, into samplitude, seperate computer leave my mix a little trebly, bassy then shape and shelf to taste this works very well, no comparison to all ITB from here at least sometimes i parallel with 2 pendulum quartets, just to get the sparkle life is good. |
