I own one. Very good mike. I use it for vocals and acoustic guitars.
For female vocals its a bit on the bright side. I switched to the SM7B and bingo..that was the female mike I needed. Don't know for male vocals but I feel it might 'sit' better overall.

For acoustics its very good. Nice top and low end reproduction.
I use it with the Summit 2BA-221 and Vintech X73i pre's.

I picked one up last year, thinking it would be a good vocal mic. It is, but for me, it really shone on acoustic guitar. Definately worth the money, expecially given the recent price drop.
