thoughts and help with the SP B3

hi
I`m kinda on the brink of picking up the B3,but I haven`t seen alot of feedback on the mic itself.
I`ve tried the B3 and C1 and actually preferred the B3.
I haven`t tested a B1 and I`m basically going mic crazy with way too much info in the last month.
I`m wondering if for the price I should get the B1 and use the savings on an MXL603 but the B3 did impress me.
any feedback would be much appreciated
cheers
paul

ps any thoughts on the MK 219?

I like the B-1 a lot. It is my favorite for overheads and acoustic guitar.

thanks beez.....but have you ever used it in recording vocals?

I`m hoping to get a good all around vocal mic,one for acoustic guitars and one for electric...so I was thinking SP B1 or B3...the mxl 603(acoustics) and an SM 57(electric).
I`m pretty sold on the final 2......just need to decide between the B1 and B3
cheers
