Why bother subjecting yourself to a myspace forum in the first place?

Yea, I guess an original EMI console and stack of La-3a's are nothing compared to a triton.

Another empty head is born every minute. And most of them find their way directly onto the internet.

That and just ignore it all together. You can't change people or their ignorance. I say let them be. Life is too short. It's amazing how much less stress you have in your life when you just ignore the "stupid shit".

HAHAHA....I knew a guy who I met through a friend that wanted me to engineer some of his rap stuff he was producing...but instead of saying engineer or record he thought that "some eq-sh*t" was appropriate. The funny thing is I found out he was going to engineering school!.... well I tried to get a hold of him for weeks and no answer! Some people, eh?

yeah .. it didn't make me mad really .. I was just saddened at how these people were responding. I look at that picture and I have to smile, and I feel like a kid in a candy store. just baffling

Yeah...their responses reinforce for me the total ignorance people have about quality audio.

It totally sucks.

"Pretty crazy looking but seems like a massive waste of space."

That's the one that kills me. and what's with all the people thinking this is all just for mastering?

I mean I don't care that they don't use this stuff .. Lord know's I am not fortunate enough to use any of this stuff, but a little respect for the gear and at least learning a little bit of history and current affairs of the industry that they claim to be a part of goes a long way for a lot of things.
