Thread Starter | Masterlink Eq Comp and Limiter. How do they sound?
I hear a lot of good things about these boxes. I was just curious how the "mastering" tools (comp, eq, limiter, etc.) sound and if anyone uses them. How does this box sound overall. Thanks |

The EQ will give you a touch of fixup before sounding worse. I only use it for quick fixes of stuff that doesnt really matter and needs a touch more or less bass or wide high end Compressor doesnt do much for me. Limiter is useful for adding 2-3 db on rough mixes. It wont ruin your mix and can give the client a bit the level they are expecting on a rough Frost |
