converters again isa 428 vs api a2d

how does the isa 428 a/d stack up with the api a2d or rosetta 200/ i am either getting a api a2d /benchmark dac-1 set up, or a rosetta 200. and instead of the api with the benchmark i was wondering about the isa 428 you get more for about the same price but that dont mean its better. thanks
