Alternative to Studer Balancing Unit

Hello, I'm trying to get my Studer console's 10 unbalanced inputs (XLR) to balanced and don't wanna shell out 2 grand for a studer balancing unit - what would you guys suggest? I would even settle for 8 balanced signals out of the whole deal.

Why not just leave them unbalanced? An unbalanced output can feed a balanced input if wired correctly.
