Thread Starter | ADAM monitors small sweet spot?
havent heard ADAM monitors yet, but have heard some bad things about them having a really small sweet spot. anybody else? think it might have been the room?

I haven't experienced a small sweet spot at all with any of the ADAMs and I've used the S3As and A7s a ton and have heard pretty much all of them. Great speakers...

Now that I think about it, I guess the sweet spot on the S3a's I've been using lately is narrow. When you're in the spot the imaging is quite good though. Those speakers don't lie; they tell you if your track sounds like crap.

it's the room. s3a's create a 3-d window that goes deep, and i can see into it starting at roughly 30-135 degrees off axis. gregoire del ubk . |
