What preamp compliments the AT4033A

This is my only mic for the time being, and I am wondering if anyone has some ideas as to what pre would work well with it. Also, does anyone else have to roll off a ton of low on this mic, even with the low cut switched in?

other than low output ribbon mics ..... ANY GOOD PRE is a good pre!!!

sounds like you have the mic too close to the source, and/or your room is in dire need of acoustic treatment because you don't have enough bass absorption (bass traps) and/or you have too much high absorption (foam).
