I love this vid !!! ...its the only way I can get inside Columbia Studio. Listen to the ambience when the guys are talking between takes, very live room ..and check the M49's on booms, and the tube Ampex, and the playback monitor ..its a time-machine video ..Columbia at it's peak. I've recorded in Capitol, MGM, Warner Bros, Heiders, Cherokee, The Village, and fifty others, but never got in Columbia ..not even the westcoast one (that I know of), so this vid is a special find. -------> YouTube - Glenn Gould Moments- P.06 The Ending ' |

| YouTube - Dead Kennedys - Kepone Factory (lost session tapes) I bought this record right after I came back from San Francisco where I saw the DKs at the Mabuhay. The studio is a pretty spartan set-up, but history was being made. Nice mics! Dig the "matched" mics on the rack toms. |
