| Trying to add some physical component to this digital humdrumm... frustrating.. no matter how good the mis sounds, it still sounds like shite. you can only go so far withe a damn computer.. so i was thinkng of sending the outs of my motu 828 mkII into my mackie (cr 1604). I guess someething is better then nothin.. how would you do this? I'm thinking of sending everything to busses, then out to the board. if so, how you send out 3 into a stereo > mono splitter, then into channel 1 and 2 on the mackie? Or would you sned 1 and 2 on the motu to 1 and 2 on the board. if so, what about your stereo signal? I'm using logic, mac panther... (mebbe turn universal trackmode off, send a stereo signal to bus 1 and 2, to outs 1 and 2 and to 1 and 2 on the board?) |

| Probably better to improve the sound of your source tracks first. What are you recording? Jesse |
