Can anyone suggest a good but affordable studio in LA?

i'm producing a band and they need a good but affordable studio. these guys are modern classic rock and wanna record analog but what's more important is the room, engineer and vibe.

can anyone recommend a good but affordable studio in LA (digital or analog)? i already know someone at 4th st but i need some more suggestions. thanks.

You're welcome to check out my room in Hollywood. Lot's of amps, guitars, mics, pres etc.. The vibe is great, plus we're on Hollywood Blvd.

4th street is a pretty small room. Call Sound City in Van Nuys, and see what you can get the A room for.

If by "record analog" you mean tape, that probably isn't going to coincide with cheap. Tape costs money. Sent you a PM with a recommendation...
