Thread Starter | '65 Fender Twin Reverb Reissue question
I used to own a '65 Fender Twin Reverb (reissue) which I purchased in 2000. I'm looking to get another Twin amp, since I loved the Twin Reverb I used to have. However, I'm concerned that Fender has changed the Twin amps in the last few years. This is more of a hunch as opposed to anything grounded in fact, but I'm curious if anyone has any information on this. In particular, are the new '65 Twins being produced now the same as the ones Fender made back in 2000? Thanks |

| 65 reissue
hey wluisi1, i haven't heard much on the subject. i have a 2006 or 07 reissue (guessing). played an earlier reissue model. not much difference in sound if any. however, i played a true 65 for a couple of years prior to purchasing my reissue. big difference there. but i will say i am fairly happy with my current 65 reissue. good enough for me. evin |
