| I don't believe there is such an animal as a Cascade dealer. I think all orders are direct from Cascade. That is how I got mine.....

| Yah just order direct, ask them to send it USPS to avoid the brokerage fee by Fed Ex or UPS and pay the tax when it arrives. |
