| FAQ About Tube Pre's So higher end tube pre's is a new animal to me... I have a lot of API stuff but I just acquired a TAB V78...I dig it but I wish it were a little more colorful...Is it true that these were originally designed for line level inputs and that they can have a front end on them in addition? For example, running a vocal through a 1073 then through the V78? Not sure what difference it would make, but it seems logical to me.... Anyone tried it? Cheers! |
