| hi everyone! this is my first time in the forum.i´m from portugal. could use some help!! i´m building a new studio, and i´m not sure about the gear to use. i´m a big fan of the analogue sound, but i have a money limit to spend. this an idea for my first gear:(i spending all of my money with the rooms, that´s my main concern for now) -imac 2.4 .-2gbram-already have it. -digi 003(i´m used to work with pro tools and i cant afford hd) -apogee rosetta 800 or ssl alpha(don´t now how the ssl works??)seams to cheap for 24 channels adda. -for mic pres i´m thinking of the toft mixer atb 16.has a nice price for 16 channels. -would like the rupert neve portico but it´s too much for 2 channels. i tought of having two good recording channels and the rest a little bit cheaper-maybe the presonus digimax of 8 channels.-in this case without a mixer. -fmr nice comp.-the classic ones are too expensive. well, this is for now my idea!!! i would be gratefull if you guys could help me.. thanks!! |
