| Thanks to Mike Shipley! (and where to find the threads from his June forum) Thanks a million Mike!  What a month! I have transferred a lot of the threads from his forum to my forum and the High End forum so they can live on... The rest of the threads have gone into the Guest moderator archives and while further posting on them is prohibited they form a searchable resource!
