| Gear interested | control room monitoring ......... so i see a lot of pictures floating around on this message board where people have there speakers almost right against the wall... due to the size of my control room i have almost the same problem... maybe about 18 inches or so away from the back wall... how do you guys compensate for bass phase cancellation? i feel like sometimes the bass just disappears from my mixes... should i just throw some foam behind my monitors? am i doomed and just have to learn how to deal with it? any suggestions at the moment would be a huge help! daniel |
