Does such a room exist?

Are there any rooms out there with lotsa-channel analog boards (like 64+ inputs) that aren't in the SSL-wit'-all-da-trimmins stratosphere?

Looking in & around NJ? Sure, lots of places. Are you looking to track or mix? What kinda budget are you in? And do you need a place with 64 inputs or 64 real channels? If it's the latter the pickings get slimmer, I mean...even a Wackie 32x8 has over 64 inputs.

Mix (coming out of a DAW). Looking for real channels. Budgetarily wouldn't like to crack $1000 per day.

S'not that I require the best and brightest gear (s'like: probably be chill with a Soundcraft Ghost and pair of expanders and mostly prosumer outboard); just that it's an extraordinarily long song with several wholesale changes (totally new instros coming in). Kinda 5 songs in one. I could do it piecemeal, but certain elements overlap or are shared and then it just gets confusing to put together.
