Gear Quandary

I am stuck on PTLE with 001 for at least 1 project.

Options:
  1. Use RME ADI-2 for ins and to monitor using Meek and VLZ pres
  2. Use Apogee Mini-Me for ins and pres (along with Meeks) and monitor with 001 clocked with Mini-Me
Will be monitoring with Yamaha HS80M's in a decently treated room.

I would greatly appreciate some opinions before purchase this week.

RME ADI-2 w/clock.

Just seems wiser to go with both upgraded AD and DA to me.

You'd be better off come mix time as well.
