Short run CD production

hey guys - if you are interested in doing some short run CD production, i just wanted to pass on a recommendation for a place i have been working with lately that specialises in short runs of your CDs. the guy's name is jason sacks, and his business is CD Poster Shop in Salem, Oregon (where i live, so it is very handy). i have no affiliation with the business, but he has done 3 projects for my studio now, and the quality is right up there with actual pressing plant products, ie, they look identical. plus, jason is a real stand up guy, and a pleasure to deal with.

he can do a run of 100 full 4-color retail ready CDs, with 4 pag inserts, printing on the CD, inside tray backgrounds, and shrink wrap for only $250. CD Duplication, CD Inserts & Poster Printing for Musicians

That's a pretty good price, better than DiskFaktory that I have used, but they are not pressed.

You can get 250 pressed CD's for around $500-600 from Lonely Records in Flagstaff. I just used them for a recent compilation project and the work is outstanding.
