Hamptone!

Love both of mine. Purchased both the HVTP2 and the HJFP2 last year. Took a week off work, and built both of them at home, and I'm really a rookie at soldering. Had no problems at all, I can follow directions, and Scott Hampton has made it easy with the online directions. Aside from installing acoustic treatments in my room, these two preamps have made the most difference in tracking. I use them for tracking everything, and found EQing at mix time is minimal.
