Patchbay specialist advise required.

Hi all
I am looking for some advise on getting the best of my patchbay so that i can have the privilate to choose my 'chains' for vocals/keys etc at any time.
What i have is a Neutrix 24 channel patchbay. Gear wise, I one microphone (AKG C12VR), a Focusrite ISA430 (producer pack which is a preamp and a compressor/limiter), Distressor, Demeter Preamp VTMP2a, and an O2R.

Firstly Im looking to patch up the sampler, which has outputs going into the patch bay at the back, and then coming out the bottom at the back and going into the 02R. I want to have my demeter hooked up to the patchbay so that I can send say send the signal coming out of the sampler through the Demeter pre when required for certain sounds.

Also I would like to be able to use the distressor in this above chain whenever I want to and not use it when i dont need it.

Can someone advise me pls? Or is there a tech in the LA area who is proficient in bringing out the best in the Patchbays?
