Best mixing/engineering instructional DVDs?

Any thoughts on what is considered the best instructional stuff out there?

I suppose it depends on what DAW you're using but the Multi Platinum Pro Tools sessions are insane.

I use Sonar. I'm looking for stuff that can be applied to my environment. I am guessing that some of these will be more universaly applicable, and some will be more PT specific.

I guess I need suggestions on stuff that is not necessarily so deeply rooted in PT.

I'm interested in material that teaches principals and techniques.

If you are looking for an application specific like Sonar, you would probably do better to ask on the Sonar forum and see if anyone has a DVD coming out about Sonar.

My DVD is based around Pro Tools. But it also includes tons of non DAW stuff as well.

Anybody remember "Shaping Your Sound with Tom Lubin"? His outfits were absolutely great! It's the only mixing/engineering DVD I've seen, so it gets my vote by default.
