Tannoy Reveal 8D

Anyone have any experience with these recently? Do they translate well? How is the A/D converter on them?

I was very surprised how well they did once I got them in my room and started working on them. I don't have the best monitoring room, but its not horrible either. Also I ended up getting a sub to go with it, but I like to work with them, YMMV.

I can't comment on the converters as i've used my rosetta the whole time I had them.

I like the Precision series from Tannoy, the 8D have plenty of bass response on their own. The dual concentric design gives a wide sweet spot also, and precice imaging. Overall a nicely detailed speaker.

Hey Warren...

I like the Precisions too. I love them. I use my JBL 4411s for pleasure after the mix and for long listening but the Tannoy units are the ones that will expose.
