automating pro-tools le sends

hi there fellas,

i was wondering if there is anyway to automate pro-tools sends?

as I am using LE, my processing power is limited to my computer, which is great, but still, when you're doing a larger mix, i like to keep my plug-in count as low as possible to eliminate any sort of bog down...

if i have a few different tracks using the same delay or verb on an aux input, obviously not always on full bore, i'd like to be able to automate the send instead of the overall volume of the aux, as it doesn't always work out the way i need it to work out...

ideas? tips?

yeah
go to the automation window select automate sends

pull down the volume/wavform etc etc window on th etrack you want to automate go to the send that you want to automate on that list and select it so you can see whats going on level and mute wise on that send in your edit screen

put send in touch and yer off
