"Modern American" ... is that hotdogs and apple pie on eco-friendly dishware? Or low fat macaroni and cheese?

"Tastings menu" sounds like small plates, tapas, makes sense.

"modern/western" has be baffled the most. Low fat burritos served by sexy yet intellectual women in cowboy boots and reading glasses? Alfalfa salad and Bar-B-Que ribs?

Cant wait to see ya Jules, especially after that rockin tour you gave us in London in the spring. Im still tellin folks about that. The sites you showed us in a few hours was pretty dang amazing.

I will get back to you on that. Later in the evening the place turns into a hip hotspot and we may reach a time later in the evening when saying "I am here for the gearslutz party' wont cut it with the people on the door. Good question I will ask them, I think we will be cool for late arrivals. The place is pretty much all ours until later in the evening so if possible, turn up from the start.. 7pm for drinks & eats. The atmosphere then will be chilled and designed for chatter but later on (10? / 11?) it will start to pump a little and get loud.
