...hey again...the responce to this was so huge...im not sure it was the right idea...im stuck with all the pm's here anyways...the files may not have the same filesizes but they all start from 0..they just dont end at the same point....i didnt think that would be a problem and i was trying to keep the file size down...but they all start at 0. Anyways everyone here wants to thank everyone who is having a go...you didnt have to do this but its nice...also the funny thing is that the recorded stuff is 99%what the band plays live...yea they have shitloads of pedals for effects and stuff but they wanted to record all the parts seperately in the studio thats why we have so many tracks...you wont believe how much i tried to get them to track it live...

....ok guys...sorry ive been away...ive been rewiring the whole studio and i have to be done by monday otherwise im in trouble...regarding the mixes i have to say that we got some amazing ones...actually thats a good idea dontletmedrown...itll be fun...unfortunately tho i got some good/bad news....good for the band bad for many people n here that got into the trouble to mix the song...so well the band through this thread found one someone who has worked on their favorite records who s willing to do this within their budget and they are so excited about this that its hard to convince them to just pick the best mix from the ones we received...so they asked me to thank you guys for all the effort and that GS is such an amazing place on the web....but guys seriously i heard some really great mixes and wish they'd get 10 ifferent people to do 10 different mixes ...actually do you guys think that would work?meaning that providing there were no samples used would the final result sound coherent as an album?dont really think so...but itd be fun doing it...so yeah now that busines is out of the way we could upload our mixes and compare....anyone up for that?

THat's cool. Maybe you should go with what you like and let other people do the same. ;-)
