Kenny,

Is there a bio of you somewhere on that site? I'm trying to learn more about the REP and MARSH moderators...

Thanks in advance,

I stupidly checked the box saying I was under 14 years old! I had to go get a 'grown up' to enable me to post..... Mabe you did the same thing! Send a message to 'admin' if you did and they will 'fix it' so you can post!

fwiw -

i am the moderator of the keyboard forum there. hoping the keyboard folks will visit when they want to talk more about music making. or even the recording of keyboards. anyhow, it looks like it will be a cool space especially for the muso side of our brains.

I really tried - but the software that runs those forums is so slow and stupid that I just can't stand to check it out on a regular basis. Shame, too - I like a lot of the moderators, and it looks like it could be a good forum (both teh MARSH and the REP versions)..

Exactly!

With the speed and features of GS and the DUC - I can whip through them in no time. PSW has great people - but the software has always been a sluggish PITA.

Since they are good peeps - I'll probably try again...

this is all new software and much faster than the old psw forums. are you talking about these new forums? the old recpit doesn't exist (except as an archive), so it's not relevent.

Agreed,

The old psw was way too slow but the new is fast enough.

Not on a dial up. Gear Sluts, and even the EQ forums are faster on my dial up than the PSW forums.

On sebatical while I focus my attention on some other things I need to focus on right now. In the meantime I check in daily and post here, the REP, and the DUC, but can't devote the time right now to being fully responsible for a forum.

Cheers!
